Billionaire Explains How to Think About Gold
Keep your eye on the ball!
Most people get it wrong. Many of those missing out on the global monetary reset and the profit and protection offered by gold are being left behind for one simple reason.
They think about gold the wrong way!
We advise our friends and clients to keep their eye on the fundamentals. By fundamentals we mean things like government debt, spending, central bank monetary shenanigans, and inflation.

Take US government debt for example. It climbed to $37 trillion on August 8. And then in October, just two-and-a-half months later, it was already $38 trillion. If you blinked, you might have missed it!
Or take inflation. The Consumer Price Index just came in at 3 percent in September. Partisans have been crowing about how good that was. But that is 5o percent higher than the Federal Reserve’s own target.
That means inflation has been over the Fed’s target for 55 months in a row. Stated plainly, inflation is quite literally out of control.
Ray Dalio, the hedge fund billionaire’s advice has been profitable as he has urged people to own gold. He says people need to think about gold differently:
Most people make the mistake of thinking of gold as a metal rather than as the most established form of money, and they think of fiat money as money rather than debt and they think that fiat money will be created to prevent debt defaults. That’s because most people have never lived with gold being the most fundamental money, and they haven’t studied the debt-gold-money cycles that have occurred in almost all countries over almost all time. However, anyone who has seen gold-money and debt-money evolve over time has a different view.
In short, gold is money. Not debt. Keep your eye on the ball!
