Gold and Silver Shatter All Time Records on Same Day

Market Alert! Situation Critical!

Gold and silver prices have been skyrocketing to one new high after another for months.  But now the price of both smashed through to attention-getting new levels with gold breaking easily over $5,000 per ounce and silver cutting above $100 per ounce like a hot knife through butter.

Once again today we announce that we are experiencing a tectonic-scale event, a global and critical monetary resent.  Everything will be different on the other side of this developing crisis!

When the US embarked on today’s red ink gushing, spend-our-way-to prosperity spending, J.M. Keynes, the chief exponent of deficit spending called gold a “barbarous relic.”  Some relic – gold was only $20 an ounce at the time.  Instead of listening to the discredited flimflammer Keynes, Washington should have been listened to old J.P. Morgan: “Gold is money, everything else is credit.”

Not that long ago, when gold was $1,150, the Wall Street Journal featured some wag saying gold was nothing but a “pet rock.”

Today, gold touched $5100 for the first time ever. Silver also set a new high mark at $117.

And here’s the Wall Street Journal from a few years ago announcing that gold was no longer a safe haven.

They failed to see the unraveling of the legal counterfeiting era of Washington’s money printers.  We don’t know how they managed to overlook the fact that the Federal Reserve effectively printed more than $8 trillion between 2008 and 2022.  We call that willful blindness, but it is the monetary policy that gave us the highest inflation in more than forty years and today’s continuing and worsening affordability crisis!

Now headlines report that precious metals are outperforming everything from stock market averages to leading money managers.  Someone just posted that now Warren Buffet himself, the best money manager of his era, has been outperformed by a “rock!”

Our friends and clients are not surprised. Like calling the play-by-play of a baseball game, we have described on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis the inevitable ending of the unbacked, made-up-out-of-nothing-but-thin-air paper and digitally-printed-money era as it progressed.

Now the biggest Wall Street firms are falling all over themselves trying to run around and get in front of the trend.  Goldman Sachs just raised its gold price target to $5,400 an ounce by the end of the year.  And Michael Harnett, the widely-followed Bank of America analyst, expects the price of gold will reach $6,000 an ounce by Spring.

With this global monetary train wreck picking up speed, we urge you to take steps to protect yourself at once.

Call or stop by Republic Monetary Exchange before any more time slips by. The US is in financial hot water.  We may awaken to find ourselves in a global monetary war, with few allies.  The world will begin to turn up its nose at our debt offerings.  It reminds us of Ernest Hemingway’s description of how someone goes bankrupt:  “Slowly at first.  Then all at once.”

In short:  SITUATION CRITICAL!
