Gold & Silver’s 2025 of Explosive Growth: What’s Next?

Dec 8, 2025

As we enter the last month of 2025, let’s take a look at the remarkable performance of gold and silver so far this year.

The World Gold Council summarizes what has happened with gold prices this way:

Gold has experienced a remarkable 2025, achieving over 50 all-time highs and returning over 60 percent [LBMA].  This performance has been supported by a combination of heightened geopolitical and economic uncertainty, a weaker US dollar, and positive price momentum. Both investors and central banks have increased their allocations to gold, seeking diversification and stability.

Our synopsis of silver’s performance for the same period is courtesy of GROK:

The silver spot price experienced a remarkable bullish run through the first 11 months of 2025, driven by persistent supply deficits, surging industrial demand (particularly from solar photovoltaics, electric vehicles, and AI components), geopolitical tensions, and expectations of U.S. interest rate cuts. Starting near $29/oz in early January, prices more than doubled by late November, reaching record highs above $57/oz. This marked a year-to-date gain of approximately 95–100 percent as of end-November.

What lies ahead for gold and silver?  One may as well ask what lies ahead for the US dollar.  Will the Federal Reserve forswear money printing?  Will Washington politicians stop buying votes with money they don’t have?

You don’t need to answer.  If many of the America people aren’t paying attention and don’t know, rest assured that there are those elsewhere around the world who do pay attention and do know the answer.  They know that there is something inescapably destructive about a $38.4 trillion national debt and $1.8 trillion deficit.  We think one of the most important indicators of deep concern is the report from a leading multi-national bank that says China’s gold purchases may be ten times the officially reported figures.

Meanwhile, the world’s biggest banks and financial institutions are scrambling to raise their price targets for gold and silver.  Goldman Sachs surveyed over 900 institutional clients and found that more than 70% expect higher prices next year.  Many say that due to debt and currency instability, the gold market has plenty of room to run.

Are you adequately prepared for the global monetary reset?
